Work habits.

There are always work habits we all have when working. We all know we have to correct the bad ones; in the meantime we can keep and improve the good ones. For example, working over time for me is one of those good habits because it shows to your superiors how interested you are on the job; nevertheless, some people consider it a bad habit. There have been cases when employees who do over time suffer from burnouts. Doctors recommend keeping good working habits such as: drinking water during work hours, breaks of ten minutes every thirty, good relationships between co-workers and recreation activities within the company. At the end of the day depend only on us to keep the good habits and get free from the ones that can affect our health and production at work.
